TCN Worldwide Announces the Addition of Carpenter Robbins Commercial

TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, one of the largest affiliations of independent real estate companies in the world, announced the addition of Carpenter Robbins Commercial Real Estate to its organization. Carpenter Robbins will represent TCN exclusively in the East Bay market of California. With the addition of Carpenter Robbins TCN Worldwide, along with TCN affiliates; Starboard Commercial Real Estate covering San Francisco and San Mateo, North Bay Commercial covering Northern Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties and Wayne Mascia & Associates covering Santa Clara county, TCN Worldwide now has representation covering the entire Bay Area marketplace for its clients.

Carpenter Robbins brings a wealth of experienced agents to the TCN family. John Robbins, Principal, is a 29-year veteran of the real estate industry. Prior to forming Carpenter Robbins, Robbins was Director and Branch Manager of Cushman and Wakefield (Silicon Valley), Vice President and Regional Manager of Norris Beggs and Simpson (San Francisco), and Vice President and Operating Partner at Lincoln Property Company. Mr. Robbins has personally leased and sold millions of square feet of commercial properties. In addition, he has supervised property management, mortgage banking, appraisal groups and leasing teams on every type of commercial product.

John Carpenter, Principal, is a 23-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Carpenter’s career includes tenures as President/ CEO of the Real Estate Investment Trust of California, a New York Stock Exchange listed REIT, Regional President and National Director of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. While at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Carpenter was Executive Director for the firm’s Office Services, Industrial Services and Hospitality Groups. In addition, he founded and was Executive Director of the firms Institutional Services Group and was selected as the firm’s Manager of the Year.
